Exercise of the Week: Jumping Jack Flash

Challenge yourself today and try one of my training intervals!

If you're not fully prepared or in shape, go ahead and start this workout at the spot after the water break and take your time!

No weights or equipment required. You can do it in the privacy of your own home :)

Take a 10 sec break after each burst.

Lacey's Jumping Jack Flash:
  • 80 jumping jacks
  • 10 burpees
  • 60 sec butt kicks
  • 70 jumping jacks
  • 8 burpees
  • 40 sec high knees
  • 60 jumping jacks 
  • 6 burpees
  • 30 sec butt kicks
WATER BREAK!!! 
  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 4 burpees
  • 20 squats
  • 40 jumping jacks 
  • 2 burpees
  • 10 sec high knees
  • 30 jumping jacks 
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 squats
  • 20 jumping jacks 
  • 5 push-ups 
Repeat Workout in the reverse order going from 5 push-ups all the way back up to 80 jumping jacks.
